Hello and welcome, my name is Thomas Horner and thank you for taking the time to visit the Great London Spaces website. I founded Great London Spaces as a brand that I felt represented the passion and attention to detail I enjoy bringing to the world of Property for both myself and our clients.
Property was always a passion of mine ever since I was a child assisting with family DIY projects and as well as growing and developing my own portfolio I’ve also gained experience putting my hand to every single trade and professional service imaginable along the way through my commitment to understand as much of the property industry as possible.
I have an extensive corporate background spanning over 20 years specialising in various expert niches of information technology engineering and management. This includes a decade in the Flight Safety and Simulation industry, Energy Sectors and multiple household name PLC clients space before then spending over a decade within the Investment Banking industry and most notably the Global Markets and Commodities trading arms for a significant number of the top tier Investment Banks currently operating within the financial services sector.
Education and support is a major element of what I promote within my community and I am both a member of the Property Investor Network with the resources and knowledge of thousands of experienced investors and developers alongside me, as well as being a student and graduate of one of the UK’s leading recognised property educators, Simon Zutshi. Simon Zutshi has been a property investor since 1995 and he pioneered property networking in the UK when he founded the Property Investor’s Network in 2003, which has now grown to become the largest network for property investors with more than 50 monthly meetings all over the UK, and over 7000 attendees in the last 12 months alone. He is the author of the Amazon best seller ‘Property Magic’ and widely recognized as one of the top property educators and mentors in the UK.
Together, working with some of the UK’s leading finance, design and legal representatives, as well as highly skilled construction teams, we deliver a boutique HMO portfolio to central London as well as one of a kind new build homes in Surrey.
