I was with Tom for 6 years found the room on Spareroom and can vouch for how welcoming he was from the beginning. He tried his best to resolve any issues and was always prompt to respond, I can definitely recommend Tom and Your London Space to any potential renters out there. He was very professional and quick with returning my deposit also.

Tom and Kim couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcomed and well looked after. All the appliances and rooms are to such a high spec and super comfortable. I would 100% recommend to a friend. I was in search for my first house share in 2018. I had looked at many places in Clapham and felt for the amount of rent I was about to fork out I was offered “Harry Potter’s closet” at best. Until I saw Tom’s advert - I was shown a lovely sized room with a spacious and clean kitchen. I was shown around by the landlord (Tom) who was incredibly professional and present. I felt very reassured that if any problems were to arise Tom would be available and he was! My roommates were lovely too - I felt I had a good balance of my own space/ privacy yet I also felt part of a home. Whilst writing this I have a smile of all the fond memories :)

Living in Tom’s house was the best decision I ever made, the process through which he gets every single one of his tenants is so meticulous yet effective. In all his houses he wants to have people who get along and who are fun yet responsible. I had a phone “interview” and a face to face one (the viewing) and it all felt so natural and warm. Tom makes all his properties feel like “home” and he is always very responsive and ready to help.
Living in London is harsh, especially lately and I have never met a better landlord than Tom, he is always thoughtful and he cares.

An absolute pleasure meeting and dealing with Tom.Any reservations I may have had about renting accommodation in London were laid to rest as soon as I met him at the viewing. The space I rented was as advertised and presented at a high standard of decor and comfort, no issues presented themselves whilst I rented from Tom but I’m confident that had there been they would have been dealt with professionally and in a timely fashion. Tom was a great landlord when I lived in Clapham Common, and the fact that I stayed for as long as I did (4 years) was mostly because he always made sure we were comfortable and happy. If anything was wrong, he’d get his repair man over right away. The most important thing was to find the right people to live together, and throughout the years people came and went – but I can call most of them my now closest friends who I still see (and even live with in my own flat!) regularly. Tom’s always been willing to listen to how the house can be improved and has always wanted to invest in it to make sure everyone is getting what they expect.

We had the convenience of a cleaner and whenever there was a problem Tom would address this in a timely manner. It was probably one of the best houses I've lived in, everything was literally brand new, with lovely furnitures and cozy premises. Tom picked very carefully all the tenants from the house making sure we would all get along and enjoy our time living in the house, setting clear and basic rules to minimize issues with each other, and to maintain the house in the best conditions. He was always very friendly and helpful which made everything so much easy.
